Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower cut into florets
  • 250 grams of chicken cut into cubes
  • 2 red onions cut into thick strips
  • Half bell pepper cut into thick strips
  • 2 tomatoes cut into thick strips, without seeds
  • A cup of soy sauce
  • 3 white potatoes cut to French fry
  • finely chopped coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1. Cook

The first thing you should do is pour water into a wok or pan and bring it to a boil. Once it has taken temperature, put the cauliflower florets there, cover the wok and let them boil for a few minutes or until they are a little soft. Meanwhile, in another pot, fry the French fries.
