Ingredients for Mexican tacos and their recipe

  • A package of corn or flour tortillas (better so you don’t have to make them from scratch)
  • Pound and a half of meat to roast cut into pieces (beef or pork, whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Half big-headed onion chopped into feathers
  • seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • garlic powder
  • fresh coriander sprigs
  • Radishes (optional)
  • Lemon

Preparation

Step 1. Saute

In a skillet, melt the butter. Once it is liquid add the pieces of meat, onion, seasoning of your choice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir to cook the meat.

Step 2. Make the accompaniment

Once your meat has absorbed all the water and has cooked perfectly, remove it from the heat and proceed to make the accompaniment. In a bowl, chop the radishes into slices, dice the big-headed onion and very finely the cilantro. Stir this vegetable mixture until incorporated.

Step 3. Serve

Just when you’re within a minute or two of serving, heat the tortillas in a pan on each side quickly. You can put the tacos on a plate for each person to serve or make them on individual plates. Place the tortilla first, add the meat on top and finally add the layer of vegetables and lemon to accompany. If you also want, you can make a guacamole in a two for three. Your tacos are ready to delight the palate of your guests.
