Ingredients
- 6 Cups of assorted fresh fruit, you can choose between pineapple, papaya, watermelon, mango, apple, banana, strawberries and red seedless grapes.
- 4 Cups of watermelon juice or Colombian soda.

Step 1. Peel and chop all the fruits
List all the fruits and chop them into fine squares. Remember to chop the apple and banana last, as these two fruits oxidize and turn brown.

Mix all the fruits that you have chopped in a large container or jar and add the watermelon juice or soda to keep it for a couple of minutes.
Step 3. Serve your salpicon
