Ingredients
- 4 gelatin sachets of different flavors
- 400 grams of milk cream
- 400 grams of whole milk
- 15 grams of unflavored gelatin
- 400 grams of condensed milk
- Hot water
Preparation how to make colored jelly
Step 1. Prepare
Prepare each of the jellies of different flavors in separate containers. Put them in the fridge for 24 hours to set.
Step 2. Cut
Take your jellies out of the fridge, unmold them and proceed to cut them delicately with a knife into squares. Keep these pieces back in the fridge so they don’t thaw.
Step 3. Mix
Put the whole milk, heavy cream and condensed milk in the blender. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in hot water and a little of the milk mixture you have, beat until smooth. Add this preparation to the blender glass where you should already have the content of the three milks and process.
Step 4. Assemble
