Ingredients
- 1 kg of ground beef
- 150 grams of bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 handful of parsley
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 50 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1. Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, add the ground beef with the bacon, parsley, onion, and garlic. Mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are well integrated.
Step 2. Pour the ingredients
Add the content of the egg (white and yolk), as well as the milk, to your mixture. Also add the garlic powder, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper.
Step 3. Mix everything
Stir all this mixture of ingredients using your hand and make sure it is fully integrated. Let stand about 10 minutes for the seasonings to penetrate the meat.
Step 4. Make the meatballs
Take part of the mixture and start making the meat balls, taking care that they are of a uniform size (not too big or too small). Then flatten them into the hamburger meat shape you know.
Step 5. Grill and serve
Roast on a grill, charcoal or in a pan with a little olive oil. Leave them for about 4 or 5 minutes on each side over medium heat until they crisp up on the outside. Check the term that you like the most to know if you should leave them a little longer on the fire. Once you see them cooked to your liking, they are ready to serve!
