Ingredients
- 300 grams Salmon
- 3 garlic cloves
- A tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- finely chopped coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1. Season
The first thing you should do is cut a clove of garlic into sticks and the other two finely. In a skillet, add the olive oil and butter, letting it heat over very low heat. Add the clove of garlic that you chopped into sticks and meanwhile, season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2. Saute
At this point, remove the garlic from the pan and fry the fish all at once with the skin facing up and insert the finely chopped pieces of garlic on the sides and then move it around to cover the salmon. Cover the pan and let the fish fry for about three or five minutes. Flip the salmon over (so it fries a bit on the skin side) and leave for another three minutes, spreading the garlic well, and add the cilantro. Done, now you can serve it skin side down and accompany it with a good salad or rice. Enjoy it.
