- 1 pound of cornmeal
- 1 liter of oil for frying
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick of butter, melted

Step 1. Mix
The first thing you should do is mix the flour, butter and water in a bowl until everything is perfectly incorporated. Once you have the mixture ready, let it rest for approximately 10 minutes.
Step 2. Knead
