Ingredients

  • 125 grams of wheat flour
  • 125ml whole milk
  • Egg
  • One chicken breast previously cooked and shredded
  • 1 pound of mushrooms
  • A finely chopped big onion
  • a tablespoon of butter
  • 1 sachet of mushroom cream
  • A cup of milk to make the sauce
  • Half a pound of sliced ​​cheese (double cream or mozzarella)
  • Two teaspoons of olive oil
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • garlic to taste

Preparation

Step 1. Make tortillas

In a container, add 125 ml of whole milk, the two teaspoons of olive oil, an egg and the salt. Mix everything very well with the help of a fork or kitchen balloon. Now pour in the wheat flour that must be previously sifted (passed through a sieve) in three parts as you stir; do it until you get a homogeneous mixture. Heat a greased frying pan with a little melted butter and add a tablespoon of the mixture, do not worry that it will expand almost to the entire base of the pan because it should be very thin. Let them cook until you see them golden on each side, and reserve them.

Step 2. Boil

In a large pot, pour a splash of oil and add the onion so that it is fried. Add the mushrooms and a little garlic, while stirring to integrate. At the same time, dissolve the mushroom cream envelope very well in a cup of milk and pour it into a pot, letting it boil and thicken a little.
