Ingredients

  • 300 grams green beans
  • 300 gr ground beef
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • A finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • A clove of garlic finely chopped
  • finely chopped coriander
  • Pepper
  • Annatto or paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Oregano

Preparation

Step 1. Saute

The first thing you should do is pour a splash of oil in a pan and then add the onion, leaving it to fry for about 3 minutes, the garlic, the paprika and the tomato. Mix these ingredients well so that they release all their flavor and let them fry for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of pepper and add the ground meat to this stew to start cooking it. Add achiote or paprika, turmeric, oregano, and salt. Stir so that this sauce takes on a very good flavor and add a handful of coriander. Let this stew cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat.
