Ingredients
- 6 chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- a teaspoon of pepper
- A teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup of wheat flour
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- a tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Step 1. Season
If you prefer you can cut the wings into two pieces before starting or keep them whole. Put the wings in a bowl and add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Make sure you do it evenly, completely covering the wings and mixing all the seasonings together.
