Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (the riper the better)
- 3 eggs
- 100g brown sugar
- 150ml sunflower oil
- 275 g of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation and how to make a banana cake
Step 1. Preheat the oven
Turn on the oven to 180º C with heat up and down.
Step 2. Crush the bananas
Peel the bananas and mash them with the help of a fork.
Step 3. Mix
In a bowl, mix the bananas with the eggs, brown sugar, and oil. Stir until you get a homogeneous compound.
Step 4. Add the flour
Add the flour and baking powder to the bowl and mix until the entire compound has a uniform consistency.
Step 5 of the banana cake recipe: Prepare the mold
Cover with wax paper (or if you don’t have parchment paper, grease with butter) the mold where the cake will be cooked.
Step 6. Put the mixture in the mold
Pour all the mixture into the container where the cake will be cooked.
Step 7. Bake
Put in the oven and cook for about 40 to 45 minutes. Check it out at 40 minutes.
