Every transformation that your, let’s say, “document” undergoes is the result of a sequence of reactions coordinated by the autonomic nervous system. Any failure in this complex mechanism can generate what doctors call erectile dysfunction. The Brazilian Society of Urology (SBU) estimates that between 8 and 10 million Brazilians suffer from some type of erection difficulty. “Among young people, the causes tend to be more psychological, such as anxiety and lack of confidence. Among older men, however, they are more hormonal, such as a drop in testosterone, and physical, such as problems caused, for example, by diabetes,” says urologist Eduardo Bertero, a member of the SBU. Today there are several drugs developed to stimulate erection, however they do not dispense with erotic stimulation – and who would like to dispense with them, right? In addition, they do not resolve psychological inhibitions, which explain about 80% of “broxadas” among men up to 40 years old.
