  • 8 cups of water
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of guacascas
  • 2 pounds of Creole potato
  • 2 pounds of potato sabanera
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 4 large corncobs
  • 1 cup of peas
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1. Cook

The first thing you should do is put the water, the chicken and half of the guascas in a large pot so that they cook for approximately 40 minutes. Once the chicken is ready, you should put it on a separate plate and shred it. Remember to conserve water.

Step 2. Add

Then, in that water add the two kinds of potatoes, the onion and the garlic and let these ingredients cook for approximately 2 hours so that they release the flavor that we want.
