House 3 courtyards, the modern face of traditional Yucatecan housing

From the street, a typical lattice of Yucatecan architecture that forms the exterior facade and shows the presence of vegetation inside. At night, light and shadow effects are created, in addition to providing privacy.

Once inside, the first patio or garden welcomes. The second patio favors the natural circulation of air and lighting. Finally the third patio takes the shape of a dry garden with a tree of origin that was preserved and offers shadow for the terrace of the room.
