- Half a cup of chicken.
- 1 medium grated carrot.
- Half cup of rice milk or half natural yogurt without sugar and without lactose.
- 1 pinch of turmeric.

- 250g lean beef, diced
- 3 cups of beef broth

- 1 cup of lactose-free milk

Preparation
