Raspberry Smoothie Ingredients

You need 300g frozen raspberries, plus a few extra raspberries to serve

200g plain low-fat yogurt

1 cup of low-fat milk, it has to be cold

Ice

Some red fruits if you want to add more flavor

A splash of honey, although it is optional

mint to decorate

Preparation of the Raspberry Smoothie

Step 1

Combine the raspberries, yogurt, and milk in a food processor or juicer.

Step 2

Process until smooth.

Step 3

Pour contents over ice, crushed if preferred, into 4 tall serving glasses.

Step 4

Top with additional raspberries, if desired. Decorate with mint.
