Once the time has passed, you take the roasted milk out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature until it cools, and once it is cold, you put it in the refrigerator to set. When the indicated texture is ready, remove it from the cold and remove it from the mold.
How is roasted milk served?
As it is a dessert that has to be frozen, the important thing is to serve it very cold, so that it is completely curdled and delicious.
You can add some caramel to enhance the flavor and you will only have to enjoy it until the last teaspoon.
