Chard smoothie ingredients with banana
3 cups loose rainbow chard leaves (stems removed)
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
1 cup of ice
Smoothie Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until they are completely liquefied and with a pleasant thickness to your liking.
Serve immediately or freeze to drink later.
