Ingredients
- 100g unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 150 g of milk cream
- 30g sugar
- 100g strawberries
- 8 chocolate chip cookies
Preparation
Step 1. Crush the cookies
Break the cookies into very small pieces using a plastic bag.
Step 2. Cut the strawberries
Separately, cut the 100 g of strawberries into cubes.
Step 3. Assemble the milk cream with the sugar
Mix the milk cream with the sugar and beat until it has a very creamy consistency.
Step 4. Add the Greek yogurt
To the previous mixture, delicately add the Greek yogurt, but do it with the help of a spatula, making very gentle movements from the bottom up.
Step 5. Serve
In two individual glasses, put a biscuit base, add a little strawberries and the yogurt cream. Repeat until the cups are filled. Finish with some strawberries on top and some cookies.
