  • Place your upper back on a chair and bend your knees at a 90-degree angle.
  • Raise your hips to form a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
  • Pause for five seconds
  • Lower your hip and come back up
  • Repeat as many times as you can, increasing according to your resistance
