Difference between training, training and coaching and an example

Response from ALEGSA.com.ar:

Training: Training is the intellectual development or level of knowledge that a person has on a certain subject. Training is equated with education. It is a formal, long-term process that has several levels. The training does not necessarily apply immediately to the workplace. Formation is broader and contains training and training within it.

Training is the first stage of development of an individual or group of individuals that is characterized by a curricular programming in some discipline and that allows those who obtain it to reach increasingly higher educational levels.

Training: preparation of a person to provide them with knowledge to execute and develop specific tasks within the work environment. For example, provide more knowledge to an employee.

Training: It is short term. Usually oriented to people developing skills and abilities in a certain job.

There is a slight difference between the two concepts: training focuses on providing knowledge and training on developing skills.

However, in the literature, training and qualification are sometimes used as synonyms and they are not even differentiated.

Example:
Learning to program in a programming language is training or education. That person must be trained to learn how to use a company-specific computer system. As long as with the training acquire techniques, speed and ideas to use the computer system more efficiently.
