This type of belly is concentrated in the lower and front part of the abdomen. To lower it, you should eat a daily serving of foods that contain zinc and magnesium, such as almonds, soy, low-fat yogurt, and wheat germ cereals. In addition, the expert advises eating an animal protein at each meal, such as chicken or egg.

You have a soft belly whose fat slips on your clothes. Avoid simple sugars like white bread, white pasta, white rice, cookies, and cakes. Replace them with complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads and pastas, oatmeal, squash, green beans and carrots.

tempered

It’s that round, swollen belly that looks pregnant. Eat one serving a day of foods that help you lose weight, such as ginger (to dissolve the gas), pineapple (for digestion) and parsley (helps eliminate toxins) or fermented foods that contain probiotics, such as salads sauerkraut, miso and pickles.
