The web environment refers to an environment for the development and/or execution of programs or services within the framework of the web in general. The web environment is a form of graphical user interface.
For example, to receive email you can use an application (such as Microsoft’s Outlook is a typical example), but it is also very common to use a web environment for receiving and sending emails, such as that offered by Google’s Gmail or Google’s Hotmail. Microsoft, among others.
As another example, learning a course can be done physically between students and a teacher, but it can also be done in a web environment, where students can access a series of tools, probably using a web browser on the Internet.
Currently, the dissemination of information and content through social networks, which work within a web environment, has become popular.

There are tools, programs, programming and development languages that are specific to the design of applications within a web environment. In fact, it is believed that little by little applications and even a large part of the operating system will migrate to a web environment.
