Ingredients
- 1 large French bread
- 1 pound gouda cheese
- Roast pork meat with the spices that you like the most
- 1 pound of leg ham
- Pickles
- A little butter
- mayonnaise and mustard
Preparation
Step 1. Assemble
The first thing you should do is grill the pork with the spices you want and cut it into small pieces. Later, it will be time to assemble the sandwich so open the bread with the help of a knife. Start adding the ingredients to the French bread: first put the grilled pork, then the leg ham and the cheese and close with the pickles (as many as you want). Spread top of sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard.
Step 2. Seal
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter to melt. Once this has happened, put the sandwich to seal, until it browns and takes a very crunchy consistency.
Step 3. Serve
