Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • two chives
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup shrimp
  • A smoked chop or chicken breast
  • Chinese roots (bean sprouts)
  • Cooked rice
  • 2 eggs to make an omelet

Preparation

Step 1. Chop

Take the garlic and finely chop it. Cut the leek into thin slices like the chives. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces as well. Finally the chop also portion it and cut it into small square pieces.

Step 2. Make tortilla

Now take the two eggs, add a little salt and pepper, a little chives (the green part) and beat them in a bowl. Put them to make as an omelet in a pan and when it is, you should also cut it into squares.

Step 3. Sauté and serve

In a large enough bowl, add oil and put the leek pieces together with the ginger and garlic. Then add the chop, the shrimp and let this brown a little.
