Saymi Pineda Velasco, Oaxaca Tourism Secretaryreported that this state will present the most entrenched indigenous traditions of the «Cultural heart of Mexico» in the streets of the capital of the country with the Pochutla delegations, Isthmus of Tehuantepec and central valleyswhich include allegorical cars.
