A very special collaboration
Mauricio Lobeira, is a founding partner of Thirteen Flat / Ten Plus Threearchitectural firm based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, and Dallas, Texas, characterized by timeless architectural abstractions. After a long search, he found where to give life to the house of his dreams for him and his family in a complex land surrounded by nature. “From the outside, the lot seemed strangely, it was an inclined and irregular land parallel to a stream that descends from a neighboring park.
