Caro Cruz broke down in tears in Day by Day when talking about Salvador

Visibly moved by her situation, Caro Cruz broke down in tears in Day by Day when talking about Salvador and the disease he has had to face.

Since the beautiful presenter released the first photos of her little son Salvador, hundreds of fans noticed that something was not right with her health, because her little head looked a little larger than normal, something that immediately unleashed a whole rain of speculations and comments about it, among them that this would have occurred due to its in vitro conception, something that was quickly denied.

But the health of the little boy became a recurring topic of conversation on social networks, which is why the former beauty queen was the target of constant criticism and questioning, and although at first she did not want to refer to the subject openly, she later confessed that Salvador had born with a condition that prevented him from having normal motor skills, as he had been born with torticollis.

Because of this, the little boy has had to take endless therapies and constant exercises, which according to images and videos shared by the model herself on her official Instagram account, have been an excellent help in her process, but unfortunately this is not it was everything.

Well, recently during an intervention in the program Día a Día, the Caleña decided to talk in detail about her son’s health status and what they have had to face as a family, saying that after 3 months during a routine check-up the doctors detected that Salvador’s head circumference was larger than normal and, by means of an X-ray examination, it was possible to see that he had water on his head.

“At three months, Salva’s head begins to grow more than normal. We took him to her medical appointment and the doctor found that her head was larger than normal”

What is Salvador suffering from?

There he explained that it was not hydrocephalus, since this is a disease that affects the brain because the water is inside it. However, this is not the case of Salvador, because the water is outside the brain.

“It is a medical check-up that all children in Colombia should have, have EPS, Sisbén, health insurance. The quality of health in this country must be the same for everyone, both for the person of stratum 1 and for the person of stratum 6””

Her struggle and of course that of hundreds of families inspired the presenter to create the foundation «Salvador de Sueños, Gift of God», an initiative that provides support to children facing situations like her little one. But despite the great enthusiasm that she feels for this project, it was inevitable for the presenter to break into tears when talking about what they must endure.

It should be noted that for now it is she who has contributed financially to the construction of this noble initiative, for which she took advantage of the program’s cameras to request help.
