You only decide whether it will leave your body or not. If you try to hold it, there will be unnecessary pressure on important regions. After all, the sneeze it’s a bomb that flies at up to 160 km/h that, instead of exploding in open air, will explode inside you. In that case, there is a risk of damage. The air that should come out through the nostrils is distributed through the sinuses and the auditory tube of the ears, generating pressure on the eardrums. It still goes to the pharynx, larynx, trachea and lungs. If the sneeze is too strong, the pressure causes pain in the ears, throat and chest. When this happens, there is a risk of organ damage. But killing does not kill.
