- Chicken legs (as many as you need)
- 6 or 8 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 ml of the oil of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Half a teaspoon of dried oregano
- Half a teaspoon of dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Parsley or coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1. Marinate
Take a good sized bowl and pour in the oil, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika and salt and mix everything together with a spoon. Now, add the chicken to this bowl (if it fits) or bathe it with this marinade in another container and allow it to marinate for about 4 or 5 hours, taking it covered with transparent paper to the fridge.
Step 2. Slice
It is time to take each of the potatoes and take slices of them (1 or 2 cm thick maximum). It does not matter if you want to leave the skin on or peel it, they will still be delicious.
