Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 50 grams of butter
- A cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 liter of sour cream (hopefully at room temperature)
- powdered pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 cup of hot milk (optional)
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1. Melt
Put a pot over medium heat and melt the butter in it. Once it is completely liquid, add the sour cream (try to have it at room temperature so that it has a somewhat liquid consistency) and stir constantly until a single mixture is made. In case you observe this very thick mixture, you can add the milk, if not, it is not necessary.
Step 2. Add
Once you have your mixture at the point you want it, add garlic and pepper powder to taste, and stir until fully integrated. Now allow the sauce to begin to foam, always keeping the fire in the middle. Once there is foam, add the Parmesan cheese and mix constantly. If you feel it lacks seasoning, add salt to level the flavor and immediately turn off the sauce.
Step 3. Serve
Having already turned off the heat, put the finely chopped parsley and stir a little. Voila, your Alfredo sauce will be steaming hot and ready for you to add to your pasta. Bon Appetite.
