Alejandro Riaño denounced the threats against his twins through a video in which he calls for common sense in the country.
The Bogota comedian has been earning a space in the hearts of Colombians for several years when he made himself known on the RCN Channel program, comedians of the night. This space brought together talented comedians of the genre stand up comedy like Alejandra Azcárate, Ricardo Quevedo, Iván Marín and Diego Mateus, to amuse viewers with their crazy antics.
Alejandro Riaño decided to turn his humorous style upside down and went from being a “storyteller” to making parodies and acid criticisms of society, politics and the most controversial characters in the country, not only through performances with identical characterizations but through of his character, JuanPis González, a gomelo from Bogotá who generates controversy for his careerist notes (all sarcastic).
Alejandro Riaño denounces threats against the life of his twins
Antonio and Agustín were born about a month ago. Her proud father shared on Instagram the moment in which her eldest daughter, Matilde, met her brothers and touched Internet users.
In recent days, Riaño through this same social network released the shocking image of a threat he received from a malicious person, in which he uttered negative wishes towards the little ones. Immediately, the comedian filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and the Sijín.
In an excerpt from the video in which Alejandro thanks his fans for their support, he comments that the threats are not just for now, since he has received quite a few in the past and that he has had to redouble his personal security at home. He also announces that he will not stop and will continue to raise his voice against different social causes in which he has served as a standard-bearer and finally, he leaves a message with which he wishes to calm the waters:
