“At that moment I thought, honestly, that it was a matter of, what do I know, some exotic white spots there, that had appeared for no reason… I didn’t stop him, but then they took a biopsy from the edge of my arm and it turned out to be vitiligo… I started to cry horribly with that doctor, because I kind of entered a circuit of tenacious terror and said: ‘My God, I’m going to become a Dalmatian, how horrible.’ But well, then I relaxed and said: ‘I’m not going to die from this,'» the actress declared in a video produced by TV and novels.
“The years will come to me as they come, because unlike most women I will never be able to cheat, I literally can’t even get lasers, or anything that has light, I can’t get pimped, or Botox, or fillers, or anything; thank goodness that terrifies me, to look like a squirrel, ”she added.
The causes of vitiligo are:
- A disorder in which the immune system attacks and destroys the melanocytes in the skin.
- Family history (hereditary).
- A triggering event, such as sunburn, stress, or exposure to industrial chemicals.
