In Miami there is a beach house where the limit between interior and exterior disappears. It is in front of the sea and was designed by the American Jessie Schuster, where homely comfort expands on the terrace overlooking the sea. Thanks to a soft and elegant waterproof coating, and a sophisticated color palette, the exterior furniture has the same charm as the room.

In this residence of Miami overlooking the ocean, the American designer Jessie Schuster – design director of Jessica Schuster -, designed interiors as an external landscape prolongation. «I like how on this property the border between the interior and the outside is fluid,» says designer Schuster from the roof of the Esme Hotel in Miami, a boutique hotel whose interior she has also designed. «I wanted to create a space that dialogue with the ocean, the lush vegetation of Miami, that was refined and was in tune with the life and routine of the owners. A comfortable and habitable house, but also maintained the clear and modern lines of the architectural structure.»

What do you like about this residential project in Miami?
«I like the energy of this beach house. It is an open space, ideal for entertainment and to enjoy sunset with a cocktail with friends, but it is also a perfect family home. I like how We have created a modern environment with unusual colors and textures, Different from the classic Miami houses that are usually very white. The house is sophisticated, but at the same time comfortable and informal. «
