From that mixture of flavors, from the combination of vegetables and from finding the perfect flavor, “The secret of plant-based life” was born, a book that “explains the nutritional and healing properties of each plant, proposes a detoxification plan and compiles the best recipes for a healthy diet”, according to its prologue.

Both the singer and the nutritionist explain that their desire is not to take on the role of medicine, but rather to spread what they consider to be an important weapon against any disease: good nutrition. And that nutrition certainly has to be based on natural products.

«This book may not be to everyone’s liking, but if you ever want to try and adopt some of the recipes into your everyday life, you will see the favorable impact they will have on your health, just as they have impacted our lives.»
