  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 small zucchini
  • A small cucumber
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1/3 green apple
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 50 grams of spinach
  • The juice of 4 lemons
  • Half a liter of water

Preparation

Step 1. Chop

The first thing you should do is chop all the food into small pieces so that they fit in the blender. Keep in mind that you must remove the lower end of the cabbage, which is white, to prevent the juice from becoming bitter. The cucumber must not have seeds and you must remove the veins and seeds from the paprika.

Step 2. Blend
