Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 300ml coconut cream
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- Dark or white rum, depending on your preference (optional)
- cherries to decorate
- Ice
- Water
Preparation
Step 1. Fix the pineapple
The first thing you should do is peel the pineapple. Then, cut it into not very thick slices and finally take square cuts out of them, avoiding the heart as this part could generate too much bitterness.
Step 2. Blend
Put the pineapple chunks and a little water in a blender, processing until juice is obtained. Then strain to obtain only the liquid. You may not fit all the pineapple pieces in one shake, so you can do it in parts.
Step 3. Mix
Now you must mix all the ingredients in the blender. To the pineapple juice add ice, coconut cream, condensed milk, rum (which you should add to your liking, if you want it stronger with 3 or 4 glasses it would be ideal). Blend for a few seconds.
Step 4. Serve
