Add a tablespoon of salt, one of ground garlic, thyme, oregano, bay leaf, rosemary and pepper to taste. Also, add a little parsley and cilantro and half a glass of beer. Process and pour the content into a container. Add more coriander and parsley, in addition to the other half glass of beer. Add the egg and mix all this sauce. Start filling the chicken with the meat mixture using your hands and putting the amount you want so that it is well spread. Sew the chicken through the slot through which you filled it using hemp or thick kitchen string, to close it and that the ingredients inside do not come out.

Step 2. Bake

Put the chicken in a container that resists the heat of the oven and cover it on top with aluminum foil. Allow the minor to bake for 3 hours at 250 degrees Celsius and check with a fork that it is fully cooked before removing it from the oven.
