In Colombia several reigns are held, but few of us know about them. The weekend was the reign of panela. See how their candidates look with and without makeup.
The reign was held in Villeta between January 23 and 27. The jurors were: Belky Arizala, Franklin Ramos, Violeta Bergonzini, Danny Marín and Mauricio Aristizábal. On Sunday, the candidates had to appear without makeup and without jewelry before the jury, but some candidates broke these rules. See what the candidates look like with and without makeup.

The winner of this contest is Angélica Castiblanco, the representative of Magdalena. She is 24 years old and hearing impaired. She made it clear that there is no impediment for dreams to come true.
