Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana (ripe banana)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 pound strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or syrup

Preparation

Step 1: Mix the eggs and banana

Add the eggs and banana to the blender, and proceed to blend them.

Step 2: Heat the oil

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.

Step 3: Fry the pancakes

Place the mixture in the pan and spread it until it is homogeneous. Let each side of the pancake fry for 3 minutes.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy

Serve the pancake and top with strawberries and honey or syrup.
