It’s time for you to enter the kitchen with everything! Get all the ingredients you need ready, put on your apron and follow this easy recipe. Surely with it you will make your guests remember the flavor of home:

Ingredients

  • a pound of wings
  • A bowl of uncooked rice
  • Two large potatoes, diced
  • 1 celery stick, diced
  • 1 large carrot, diced
  • A finely chopped chives
  • 1 liter and a half of water
  • 1/2 cube of chicken broth
  • coriander to taste
  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1. Cut

Take a liter of water and add it to a large pot. Put it to heat over medium heat and break the chicken broth into small pieces so that it releases its flavor inside. Meanwhile, go chopping the vegetables. Celery finely diced, do the same with the carrot, like the potatoes. Finally cut the chives finely and repeat with the coriander. Add the celery, carrot and chives to the water at once, mixing very well so that they are fully integrated. Here you could also cut the wings to separate the part with more meat from the tips or if you wish, leave them whole for cooking.

Step 2. Add

Take the wings and pour them into the pot. Do the same with the potato and with half the cilantro that you chopped; save the rest for later. At this point, add the rice and stir very well. If you see that your soup needs more water, it will be time to put it in the pot. Cover the pot and let everything cook for about 30 or 40 minutes or until the ingredients are well cooked. After about 15 minutes of this cooking, add a teaspoon of salt or adjust until it tastes good to you.

Step 3. Serve

When you appreciate that the ingredients are ready, it will be time to turn off the pot and start serving this delicious soup in individual dishes. Enjoy it with avocado or the accompaniment that you like the most.
