  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup green onion (long)
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to your liking

Preparation

Step 1. Sauté

Put the olive oil in a pan and let it heat over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, the minced garlic cloves and fry for about 3 minutes. Finally add the chopped tomato and put the fire on low, allowing this cooking to continue for about 10 minutes.

Step 2. Season
