Ingredients

  • fresh coriander sprigs
  • fresh parsley on branches
  • 1 cup diced white onion
  • A teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 cup oregano
  • a cup of cumin
  • A handful of chili flakes
  • Red Wine Vinegar (or conventional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large cup of olive oil

Chimichurri recipe preparation

Step 1. Add ingredients
