  • 250g fresh mozzarella
  • 1 salad tomato
  • Basil
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1. Cut

Cut the mozzarella and tomato into evenly thick slices.

Step 2. Plating

On a plate, place each tomato slice as a base and the mozzarella slices on top.
