Ingredients:
-4 flour tortillas
-2 Slicing ham or turkey breast
-2 Manchego or Oaxaca cheese slices
Preparation:
In a pan over medium heat, place two flour tortillas with a slice of cheese and one of ham in the middle. Let brown for a few minutes, preventing it from burning. Turn and repeat with the other synchronized. Once ready, cut in four and serve decorating the plate. You can create rhombuses, papalotes, geometric shapes and even a butterfly.

Wild oatmeal
Ingredients:
-1 Ausa cup
-1 cup of milk
-2 water cups
-1 cinnamon pustle branch
-Frutos red to taste (strawberry, blue blackberries, blackberries)
-1 apple
-1 banana
Preparation:
In a hot pot, add the water and cinnamon branch. Once it is boiling, add oats and milk. Low over low heat and cook 7 minutes while moving to prevent it from sticking at the bottom of the pot.
