The small apartment is in a building that represents rationalist architecture prevailing in Buenos Aires in the 50s. «The owner felt especially attracted to the distribution of this department, since it offered an unusual and fluid view,» they comment from the study. In fact, this unit has an open distribution with few obstacles and has wonderful views on both the front and rear of the building. «This sense of continuity, enhanced by the uniformity of Eslavonia oak floors, has been respected absolutely and has even been reinforced,» they say in Studio.
