  • 1/4 big onion grated
  • 1 big onion diced
  • 1/4 grated red bell pepper
  • Two tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Two cups of water
  • three grated tomatoes
  • A slice of chopped long onion

Mix the meat very well with your hands so that the ingredients are integrated and let it marinate for an hour. After that time, take pieces of the meat and assemble the balls of the desired size.

Step 2. Boil

In the two cups of water, boil the meatballs. Cover the pot and let them cook over medium-high heat for about 15 minutes. Apart, mix the grated tomato with the paprika and a little pepper, and reserve. Add the long onion to the pot of meatballs, the big-headed onion in squares and the grated tomato.
