An oasis of tranquility

And said and done. The owners, a young couple wanting to enjoy life in the center of the capital, left the new identity of their future home to Bermúdez. “They had full confidence in me. The entire house was conceived as a single space with the minimum possible separations. The day and night areas were clearly delimited, «I do not like to mix the circulations» and a large common space for the living room, the kitchen and the dining room was created. «We wanted to create a space where you can cook, work, meet with friends, very dynamic even if it was reduced, in which you had all the functions condensed in it,» he says.

Natural Light to Raudales

“One of the advantages is that all windows are balconies, which gave a lot of sense of amplitude to the rooms. The house also had all crooked medians. To straighten them and get a good orthogonality, we allow the light to arrive directly from the balconies to the same entrance, filling the house of light and amplitude, ”adds Ángela Bermúdez. And confirms: «I am very proud of the final distribution we get.»
