Oreo cookie cake, an irresistible temptation

How to make an Oreo cookie cake?

Ingredients

  • 300g Oreo cookie or similar
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 glass of milk (approximately 200 ml)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 10g powdered sugar
  • 5g vanilla

Preparation

Step 1. Blend

After preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with heat up and down, take the cookies to the blender, add the eggs, the glass of milk and the oil. Blend all the ingredients until you get a liquid compound.

Step 2. Mix

Put the smoothie from the previous point in a container. Add the sugar and stir, then the cup of flour and continue stirring. Lastly, add the baking powder and vanilla. Continue stirring until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Step 3. Mold

Take a round or square baking pan and butter it. Pour the previous preparation into the mold.

Step 4. Bake

Take the mold with the mixture to the oven and bake it for approximately 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 5. Decorate

Take the cake out of the oven and let cool for about 20 minutes before adding the powdered sugar as decoration with the help of a strainer.
