The fluid architectural design of the cousin tower is inspired by the surrounding urban context, with soft lines and an organic aesthetic that reflects the dynamic energy of the opera district. JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai Towers 1 & 2 finished building in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
Curiosity: JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Tower 1 has more than 1,600 rooms, which makes it one of the world's largest hotels by number of rooms.

Inspired by the trunk of a datile palm tree, the buildings adopt a distinctive form that echoes the natural growth patterns found in the tree cortex. The outgoing balconies add depth and texture to the facade, while offering guests private private spaces with wide views of the city.

Supply

The Emirates towers were completed in 2000.
Curious fact: the highest of the two buildings houses the private office of its highness the sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al Maktoum, vice president and prime minister of the EAU, ruler of Dubai.

A pair of equilateral triangles – inspired by traditional Islamic geometry – make up the angle silhouette of the Emirates, a family view on the Dubai horizon. The offices tower, 355 meters high, and its counterpart, the hotel tower, somewhat shorter, 305 meters, are perfectly connected by The Boulevard, a vibrant shopping center, gastronomic and luxury leisure.

This list is based on information provided by the Council of High Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), one of the main authorities in high buildings and urban design.
